Bay Village Dunsborough

Was surprised on arrival. The room was like a hotel suite.Easy to access and find.Location is superb.Bed wasn't too comfortable but the room had all you needed.Best price in the area.

If i could give less stars i would.Right from the begin the lady on reception (manager maybe?) was extremely rude.. not 1 but on 2 occasions, Leading up to our stay and during our stay. We had only 1/4 of a roll when we checked in and no spare roll to change. We had other people staying there aswell and they also had no toilet paper. No spare bin bags and only 1 small bin. Have to strip own bed and place everything + plus towels into a big plastic bag. Rooms are not the cleanest.We were told rudely to vacate , said that we had already been told by another staff member - (which we had not) I had told her that we had not been informed ,which she turned around and said yes you have i know you have in a rude way and argued that we had . Would never stay here again.Would not recommend to anyone especially for the price and service. Wish i had saved myself and read the reviews prior to booking

Upon booking the resort neglected to advise our chalet #5, the only one unfortunate enough to do so, backed directly onto the pubs industrial refrigeration units. 24/7 droning noise. No sleep. Chalet very tired & dusty. Definitely not worthy the price.

Clean and comfortable rooms, good access, friendly and hospitable service that changed their booking plan to suit our needs. We'd go back.

A fabulous location in the heart of Duns-borough with an easy walk to everythingyou need. The onsite manager was very helpful and informative. We stayed in a superior chalet which was extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Was playing minecraft at the resort on my world that I had been playing for four years, a lot of hours or even days had gone into that world. The power went out at the resort which ended up corrupting the file, forcing me to delete my world. Plus the place stinks too

Amazing location in town - everything is walking distance, but close to beaches. Gorgeous property and grounds. Local specialty foods and produce available and of superb quality nearby. Loved it! Super helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed at Dunsborough Bay Village Resort many times. We find the chalets are well appointed, convenient and comfortable. We love the central location which is a short walk to all the Dunsborough shops, cafes and bakery. The beach is about 200m away and there are hundreds of wineries, breweries, distilleries and other interests to explore all within 30 mins drive.

Sorry - I have tried to reply but it's not letting me. I have typed 'Dunsborough Bay Village Resort Apartments & Suites' on google - which is what I've booked and it takes me to Bay Village Dunsborough and your google reviews are there, 1st search. The reason why I specifically mentioned 33c is because when I was there, I asked for an iron and was told that this room was owned by someone different. So just wanted to know who would reply. If you don't want the confusion to happen with guest, something needs to be done on yours & the other owner's level, because clearly they are damaging your business and it's very confusing for guests as some of the rooms we've passed looked really nice., which is why we were even more surprised when we saw ours.. I would've never have guessed that some rooms are owned by someone different, especially that they're not allowing google reviews for their business and it goes to yours. I will delete this review when you see my reply. Good luck sorting this very frustrating situation out!
