Glen and his team were so helpful to me!I had a hit and run accident and came to them, they fixed up my side mirror within 24 hours from calling to get a quote to driving away with my mirror fixed! Toyota across the street quoted me over 700 dollars of repairs costs and Castle Hill Collison repairs quoted me a reasonable and affordable price and saved me over 400 dollars!I definitely will be returning to them again if ever I need to have a repair done to my car! And I will be recommending them to all my friends and family!They are honest, reliable, and genuine people who care and value good customer service and care.

I called Glen at Castle Hill Collision Repairs to get some advice about my car, which had been involved in a hit and run infront of my house whilst we were on holidays. We came back home and they hadn't left a note behind and we weren't able to get any CCTV from cameras in the street to help us. We were in a bind, so we reached out to Glen for a quote for repairs and to see if the car would be considered a write off.Glen was so incredibly helpful. We had a chat over the phone and then he asked me to send him some photos of the car. He then advised that the cost of repairs would be a lot but if I came by the shop, he could see it in person and make a more accurate judgement based on the damage. I swung by the next morning and had a chat with him about the car. Glenn advised that the damage was entensive and would cost more than the car was worth, and that it was indeed a write off. My husband and I ended up having a lovely chat with him.Overall, my short experience with Glen was fantasitc. He was very upfront and honest with me and so incredible helpful. He took the time out of his day to help me and I really appreciated it. I would definitly recommend.

Glenn and the team performed lock repairs, panel beating and replaced my side mirror. They were extremely helpful, understanding of my car crash and just lovely people. To Glen and all his team a great thank you for repairing our car and making it look brand new. I was quoted on a Friday booked it in on the following Monday and it was repaired by the Wednesday. Very friendly team that we’re honest and knowledgeable. They helped with a little dent after I had my door run into. Quick touch up and paint free of charge and suggested that it’s best worth my money to not get the whole door fixed unless it got worse (which I’m very happy to hear). Absolutely amazing to fit me in around this busy holiday season. will be back if I scratch my car up again (hopefully I won’t need to come back)

My front bumper had been dislodged and I went here without a booking. Staff were super friendly and immediately had a look at my car, they popped the bumper back in and replaced the broken clips! Did a quick assessment and said the car was ok. Really appreciative of the quick service just before Christmas!

Glen and the team were extremely helpful and accomodating. Glen took the time out of his day to help me after another well known smash repairer couldn’t even do the bare minimum. He was extremely helpful and accommodating even though there was not much profit in it for him or his business. He went ahead and contacted several people in similar industries making sure I was being put in the right direction for the next step of my car. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This was hands down one of the best and only experiences as a customer of the car repair/ servicing industry where as the customer I felt respected and valued.
