The Party Girl
A very poor experience. The face painting was terrible. For the rainbow unicorn party the party hosts only wore a unicorn headband. They couldn’t keep the kids entertained and to be honest I don’t think they even like kids. Such a shame after you spend $300 for a service.

Party girl world was a pleasure to deal with. Once ordered I had an email confirming part of my order the same day and it was shipped quickly afterwards. When my order arrived part was unfortunately missing. I phoned and spoke with them. They were very apologetic and my order was shipped that day with a few added goodies for the inconvenience. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase similar products.

Got a phone call 20minutes before my daughters party to say the party hosts had a sore throat driving to the party so they pulled over and did a test and tested positive to covid. I understand covid rules but to call on such short notice with no back up plan as guests were arriving is inexcusable. Yes I got a full refund and they dropped off some craft items half way through the party, but at least an hours notice would have been nice for me to organise the oarty games myself instead of leaving me in a spot of just food and balloons. Thankfully the local sporting club had an afternoon event on and allowed us to use the jumping castle that arrived early.

The Party Girl
A very poor experience. Guests were asking me who the person dressed up in a costume was as the 'party girl' just stood at the sidelines... Unfortunately we paid $140 for someone to put some pencils out on a table and that's it. I provided feedback to the company but they didn't even bother to respond.
