I want to thank Ian Davis and his technicians for top quality advice and service in providing us with the perfect camera system.I had quotes from a few companies and none asked as many questions about what I wanted, or explained all the pro’s and con’s as Ian did. With his knowledge I was able to make an informed decision and got exactly what we needed.I liked that the installers checked where everything was to be fitted before starting, and at the end of the installation Ian came back to check, and they showed us how to work the cameras. They were professional and communicative throughout the whole job.We didn’t go for the cheapest price but what we felt was best value and service. I’ve dealt with other trades in the past and found this company to be very customer oriented. I would highly recommend Eversafe Security to anyone looking for a good value job.

I could not be happier with Ian and his staff. We had several quotes and after having Ian come out and being so thorough, it was obvious that he would complete the installation professionally. Our internet was problematic and Ian was very quick to work out a solution. We now have security cameras at entry points around the house and feel safe. I accepted a quote from Ian Davis at Eversafe Security for the installation of a camera system at myhome.Eversafe was not the cheapest of the 3 quotes, but I related to Ian who was friendly andprofessional, making sure that I understood what the cameras would do. He took the time toexplain about the different cameras and how they worked so that I could achieve what I wantedwith my camera system.On installation day, he was on time and he recapped where everything was going and what toexpect when done. Ian and his technicians worked constantly to complete the task that day. Heeven cleaned up afterwards!Not being ‘tech savvy’, Ian spent a lot of time to demonstrate viewing the cameras on my monitorscreen and phone. He was patient and kept going over it until he believed I ‘got it’. Ian evenprovided me with a flash drive showing videos of what we went through, so that I can refresh mymemory at any time.I liked his communication in keeping me updated as well as his professional approach. Ian did out installation for our cameras at our workshop, really happy with the quality and how easy the step up process was, plus he walked us through how to use the system and link it too our phones. 100% would recommend and will use these guys for any further endeavours!

Working with Ian to meet our peculiar needs was very easy. Ian provided a personal service to my organisation by listening carefully to our needs and adjusting accordingingly. Ian did a thorough assessment of my house exterior and interior and made excellent suggestions for placement of the cameras, sensors and other monitoring equipment. For me it spoke volumes of his vast experience in this type of business, which was very important to me. The whole installation process was swift, and his data cable installer and electrician were readily available and professional. Ian went on to make excellent suggestions for other lighting to deter intruders which I undertook to have installed. I now go to sleep at night and go to work each day feeling much safer for having a reliable security system. Highly recommend.

We live in Brisbane and several of our neighbours have been broken into recently and had their cars stolen. Fortunately, so far, we’d been untouched, but thought it was only a matter of time before we became another victim. We decided to install a security camera system for our home. One of our friends suggested we speak with Ian Davis at Eversafe Security. We Googled Eversafe Security and liked what we saw on his website. Ian arranged to personally inspect our home so he could get the full picture and provide an accurate quote. We really liked that he made the effort to come out, whereas other security companies just wanted to quote us using Google earth.When Ian was here, he spent over an hour asking questions and offering suggestions on would be the best solution to protect us and the house. We liked that he was straight forward and knew his products for solutions to keep us safe. The quote Ian sent us had options for the camera system as well as an alarm system which we can turn on when we go to bed. We discussed these options, including the upgrade to a flashing light camera at the front of the house, and booked his team to install both the camera and alarm systems the following week. As promised, Ian arrived on installation day to start the technicians and came back later to supervise the programming and hand-over.Less than 4 days after the system was fitted, the local teenage thieves attempted to break into our home at 4am in the morning, but were scared away by the flashing red and blue camera lights, just what we wanted! The cameras and the alarm have made us feel so much safer, especially now that we have seen first-hand that these cameras actually do scare thieves away. Thank you Ian and Shawn.
