Job not finished!I had my root canal done in 2019Finished the job & was told to take it easy. Get a check up once a year.COVID happen & I wasn’t able to but have just recently gone to a dentist & they advise me he should have placed a crown on my tooth.Was not quoted & was not told it needed a crown.Called today to let them no I was unhappy the ladie on the phone wasn’t interested but definitely made me aware that there was $1700 for a crowns how about fix the problem before scaring your patients with costs. I wasn’t advise I needed a crown done, & how about I’m sorry that happend? This is your fault. All patients should be treated the same, just because I don’t live there anymore doesn’t mean my feelings are not valid. The root canal procedure was not completed & I was not told to come back for a crown. She rang me back just then & said there is notes saying he made you aware but on the phone you said there was no notes.So cheers for adding that in & now making me look like a liar.

The staff here are lovely and Rembrandt did a great polish and clean for me. But if you are part of HBF note that this dentist is not part of the Members' Plus so you don't receive 100% of the schedule fee, just a portion. It was a bit of a shock for me as usually I pay about $40 for a polish and clean and ended up paying $130. Not the business' problem - but just wanted to create awareness about this for HBF members.

Very professional and lovely people. My husband and I were just passing through. No problem. On time and very happy with results. Highly recommended. Price wise on par with other dentists.

Came here for an emergency appointment while travelling and they squeezed me in on the day. Receptionist lovely and helpful. Dr Angus who treated me very brilliant, friendly and informative. Would recommend

The staff here have an amazing chairside manner and worked beyond working hours to help my daughter with emergency dental work. Whilst on holidays in Esperance my daughter had a skateboard accident and lost half her 2 front teeth. Within 1 and half hours my daughter was seen by the dentist to ensure no nerve or bone damage, with staff then working after hours to reconstruct her teeth to an exact replica of her missing teeth. Thank you to the friendly team that allowed my daughter to sleep tonight the way she woke up, with her teeth intact.

Travelling through Esperance. Receptionist was polite & helpful. Cohen (dentist) removed loose filling & replaced. Very friendly service. Tooth feels great.

We are travelling through on our lap and Sarah worked hard to make an appointment for me. Rembrandt saw me today and completed my filling with no pain. Great service and great people. Recommend them to all.

The young dentist and her dental nurse and other staff were absolutely fantastic in fact I have never met a town with so many friendly people and sights

My girlfriend visited this dental practice today, she’d had previous work done on her tooth at a different dentist and it still wasn’t behaving. They managed to squeeze her in on the same day. Angus did an absolutely fantastic job and made her feel comfortable throughout.Would recommend to anyone in Esperance.Thank you!

My recent experience with the front manager was appalling. She couldn’t have told me clearer she didn’t care if she used those exact words. Her tone of voice was extremely disregarding and arrogant and I feel she was very condescending. She clearly could not care less.
