Don't hesitate to do the Mediation Course. You will learn amazing toolsthat will travel with you for the rest of your life.Techniques all serve different purposes, which I found gives me peace, deeper fulfillment and all that comes from this. I am visiting from New Jersey and attended a 6:30 class tonight. Kasey was my instructor. The class was incredible & the space is beautiful. I highly recommend taking yoga classes at this studio!! You will leave feeling relaxed and renewed. I am grateful for the experience !

I will be forever grateful for yoga keysJust recently I gave birth to twin girls. It was everything I wanted and visualised.I had completed the meditation and pregnancy yoga terms and together these classes alowed me to have most amazing natural birth.I had been practising visualisation and it was exactly how I visualised it to be. It was perfect. I had them vaginally and the nurses couldn't believe how well I did. The obstetrician didnt believe I was in labour for a long time. They all said I made it look easyI cant thankyou enough!Im so so happy and in love with my beautiful family.Thankyou
