The guy that came was so thorough, very nice and explained a lot about my split system to me. Great job.

After two weeks waiting for the part to arrive for my heater (with no updates from the office in that time), the young tradie came to install and fix it today.If he took 5 seconds to actually TURN ON the heater before he left he would have found it wasn't working. Just pure laziness. So, another night with the kids sharing a bed with us for warmth. No after hours number, no fix in sight. We were emailed throughout the day there would be an additional $47 to the already $800 fix. So there is someone who does contact you, it's just on there terms.Oh, and there were piles of dirt everywhere in the house for my trouble. Awesome.

These people could not even provide a quote for cooling. They told me it would take 5 to 10 days to provide a basic quote. Did not seem to want to provide a service at all. I am local to the the area and wanted to use local business but this company could not care less.Receptionist was vague and rude and ignored my email when asked for a technician to call. Got a call back by another Receptionist days later and told to take business elsewhere as to busy. Would not recommend. Found another service in Kinglake who is far more professional and responsive.

Wow bought a a/c unit in June 2022 ,extra holes in wall i had to fix , didnt realize there was a chimney behind it ,he just phoned me 28/2/2023 wanting me to pay the bill again $4600 , he went quiet when i sent the emails back with payment infoif the cant get that right , not much else will follow

Brand new home, heater has not worked from day 1 now 5 weeks no heater. Contacted numerous times to speak to owner, however they feel good business is to let their receptionist make the return calls . Had them out now 4 times , had to exert pressure on them to get this result and heater still not operating. Now daikin need to come out , however cannot get a response from owners of when this will occur or name of people they are communicating with at daikin. Poor service an understatement and having previously owned a company find the owners way of handling issues completely unprofessional. Unfortunately had to give 1 star to write a review. This is still ongoing.

Thought using a local business would be a good idea. Called and was able to get a service technician out the same day, very pleasantly surprised. Technician arrived early and checked our Illusion heater. That is where the service stopped. He did not give any indication as to the result of his inspection, he said we would receive a quote regarding the repair.Checking the credit card shows that the money for the service call was deducted, no receipt has been received, no quote, no report on results of inspection.Very disappointed with the lack of follow up, particularly given the speed with which the money was taken.If you own a heater they don't normally service, find someone else.Tim Lowry
