Finding mental health care isn’t easy and takes some courage to reach out. My tips to make the journey easier. Make sure you have a physical copy of your mental health care plan incase the GP clinic doesn’t forward it on, other wise no rebate. If using tele-health, make sure you ask that appointments and the Zoom link be sent through so you can save and scheduled them in your email calendar so you don’t have to go hunting for a link last minute.Therapist was empathetic and i felt confident in disclosing what was on my mind.

Scammed be out of $1800 got no help, they didn't think it was important to tell me that they cant actually help me once ive already paid them.
