DO NOT book Aires removalist if you want a reliable and genuine company that won’t steal your money and time.I booked these guys a month ago. They called me 5pm the night before I moved and told me that they would need to reschedule the move to the following day. I kicked up a storm and they called me back saying that they will be coming on the date I had booked them for but at a later time (they also rescheduled my friends move the week prior so this is clearly something they do quite regularly). The male on the phone told me I will be getting the 10 tonne truck I ordered. When they arrived the following day the removalist told me that he had a 8 tonne truck and it won’t fit all our stuff so we would have to do 2 trips. Once we arrived at our new place they told us they won’t be doing another move and will come back the next day. So not only did they want to charge me a call out fee again for the next day, but ended up charging me for a 10 tonne truck when they came with the 8 tonne truck on the day of the move!!! I can say the guys that did the job were careful with our belongings and polite- but I would not book these removalists or recommend them to anyone!!

We had our move in services with Aires recently. Moving is daunting task but we were very happy with the services especially Vicky and Aman. Both are professional, very hard working, accommodative and look after our stuff and property like their own. We really acknowledge their hard work and our move was scratch free. Well done

Absolutely avoid. I moved house about 6 weeks ago with them and would never do it again. I have contacted them multiple times about this, and haven't had ANY reply.They were cheaper than a lot of other companies, but their movers were so slow, that the move ended up being just as expensive. I was helping them and (as a small woman) was just as quick if not quicker. They also packed the truck so badly that they had to leave a lot of stuff behind. This was absolutely unnecessary, and I suggested repacking a number of times, which they ignored until it was too late. I mentioned that a couple of things were really precious and to be careful, and they put a dent in one of them right in front of me, and when I pointed that out, they lied straight to my face and said it was an old dent. To add insult to injury, they made gestures about giving me a discount of 30 mins - but instead, after I looked at the receipt properly, it turns out they overcharged me by 15 minutes.I put all this in an email to them twice, offering them the chance to resolve this privately. I have been waiting for over a month, and have had absolutely zero reply. Extremely disappointing, unprofessional service.

This is my second move with Aires Relocation and I am still very impressed. I moved from a apartment with very congested and narrow stairs. with a phone call 15 minutes before they get in my house. They loaded the truck faster , I appreciated that they were careful with everything. It all went very smoothly.
