Espresso Breakdown
Took my Rocket R58 in for repairs and service. Machine was repaired on time with very friendly service. Most importantly, when I struck an issue shortly after bringing it home (issue wasn't their fault), they immediately pitched in and had me up and running in no time. My machine is now running perfectly. Very happy.

Without a doubt the best team that has ever worked on my machines. No idea what Brent was referring to. I bought a second hand machine from a covid casualty. The filter didn't look too good so I thought to have the whole dang thing done" type of service. That is exactly what they did

Took my 8+ year old Saeco Syntia in to be repaired. Front counter service was friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a call on the same day to tell me what was wrong with my coffee machine, how much it would cost to repair and approx repair/ servicing time. The cost was not exorbitant and from drop off to pick up was the quoted 3 days. Highly recommend Expressio Breakdown for any problems with your coffee machine. Really awesome service. Thank you from the bottom of my coffee loving heart.

Espresso Breakdown
Took the coffee machine (Rocket Giotto) in for service and repair at 7.30am on a Tuesday, they called me that afternoon to advise what needed doing, I said to go ahead with the work which was then completed by Wednesday 2pm. The machine needed some significant work (only one service in 5 years). Detailed price breakdown of the all the parts and work done on the invoice. Their service, timeliness and communication was excellent. An all round great experience and I'll be going back for all future work. They've won my business and I highly recommend them. Machine is back now and works better than new.

Great place for new machine sales or repairs. Jane and Callum are terrific, really knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about coffee and machines. Callum in particular has a great knowledge of machines, their designs, any faults and how to get them running smoothly.They have a range of machines to suit every one, and of course good coffee and beans.Jane made ordering a machine so easy and nothing was a bother. I was lucky enough to demo a machine I was interested in, and Jane and the team worked with another group to get it in and let me play to my hearts content.Very happy customer.Paul

Espresso Breakdown
Put my coffee machine in for repair and they charged $260, it came back in the exact the same condition as before even after the problem was clearly explained. Took it back again and they wanted to charge another $260 for a value that should have been fixed in the first place. Wouldn't recommend going here to get your coffee machine fixed.
