Again buying Australian is the way to go. My boots have been the best. Wear them everyday and still like the day they arrived.

Wow the quality and detail is just beautiful with these UGG boots. To see them actually be handcrafted here in Miami Australia is just amazing. They are very special and the packaging and customer service was spot on.

I purchased my Ugg boots online from this company and the whole process was reliable and efficient. I received my boots and they were so beautifully presented - wrapped in tissue paper inside their box with a personal hand written note telling me to keep warm and cozy. That was so sweet and appreciated. But the Ugg boots? They are indescribable. Too beautiful, warm, soft and luxurious for words. And I bought the light blue ones with a button at the side, and they look adorable. I bet they last forever. I’m in love .

I used poor judgment in wearing them all day long. I started using my regular shoes and I only use the boots for short periods of time. It is true that they are like ‘a fluffy hug for your feet’. ••••Original Review: First of all, the boots I bought are definitely made from real sheepskin and are made with high quality material and great workmanship. I paid $311.95.I’ve been wearing them for about a month in a half walking all day everyday and unfortunately it’s not a boot to support your whole body from head to toe. It’s actually very dangerous. I’ve develop sharp pain not only on my feet but my knees and lower back. Even with inserts....it just doesn’t work. Absolutely no support. I regret my purchase. I would not recommend this Ugg boot or any other Ugg boot brand to anyone.

I’ve finally found a pair of boots worthy of calling themselves Uggs! The quality and craftsmanship is like nothing I’ve seen before. You can tell that a lot of hard work went into making these. The stitching is beautifully done. The warmth and comfort is unbeatable. living in Maine you need a warm pair of boots, my search has finally come to an end. Nov22 After a couple of years I finally needed new ones having worn them every day in lockdown. They arrived today. Perfect.Update May 23, got new insoles today after wearing the UGGs right through lockdown for years. Fully refreshed and back to awesome. Great that you support people who need new bits.My UGGs arrived today a couple of weeks after I ordered just in time for father's day warm feet. They're really well made and I'm very happy to buy from an Australian owned and based manufacturer with Australian employees. I didn't want junk boots pretending to be Aussies I wanted real Aussies and that's what I've got. Great communication through the order process and I'm very happy. Thanks!

My friends had travelled to Australia before and told me this was the only place to buy UGGs from. We stopped in after visiting Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and my wife and I weren't disappointed. I have never seen so many UGG options and the sheepskin they use is so thick and soft, not like the shops at home. The tour of the workshop was my highlight and my wife even got to watch her boots being made on their Instagram story. Customer service was also A+. Worth going to the Gold Coast for.
