Rear window installation was protruding approx an inch out from the vehicle. The national call centre must be outsourced to another country as they keep referring to installers in the wrong state despite updated advice of vehicles location.

Said they could fit a rear glass replacement to our Ute canopy and would squeeze us in. Had 2 other local businesses options but unfortunately chose this one.They made us feel like an inconvenience, did a partial job, promised to finish the following day but forgot to say they were closing early. To make up for it, said a bloke would come around on Saturday morning, when he eventually called, he said he’d be half an hour but then didn’t show up. We asked for the remaining parts so we can go elsewhere and were told they were in another vehicle. Then not dropped to us in the evening they said- we delayed leaving for our next destination to get our parts back. We wasted 4 days of our holiday to Darwin waiting on these guys and left with an incomplete job. The most disappointing experience with instant windscreens Darwin.
