Brought my first proper car from MG Browns Plains. Best service, Shanan was extremely helpful and made the process so simple and fast! The team are all so friendly. I am super happy with my car! THANK YOU GUYS!!!

Had my car serviced at this site - pre-warned that there was a broken start button cover weeks ahead. Not fixed on date of service and was told that they will order the part - 4 months later no contact and still broken start button cover.Keep getting calls and email from MG to service my car - was serviced by them already. Great service and customer support!!!

I enquired about an MG MG3 auto excite online on a Thursday, that same day I got a response from Shanan who was extremely helpful during the process of me purchasing my first new car.I was short of time due to my job so was unable to test drive the car etc. yet the team at Browns Plains MG made the process extremely simple and effortless!After sending through the full amount for the car on Friday, I picked my car up on Monday!Through amazing communication from Shanan and the team I was able to get my hands on a brand new car within 5 days (3 working days) practically online / over the phone.Cannot recommend these guys enough

Absolute joke.Went in Saturday was empty asking about selling my car. The man (Phil) never introduced himself but took details said I’d hear back that afternoon, after taking pictures.Monday lunch time I called sales, the girl asked who I spoke with and we worked out Phil, and she put me through.Phil said maybe they got busy and assured would be Monday afternoon, I’d have a text.Wednesday (today) I called asked for Phil. No real response to the fact I’m still waiting.. said he would do now. Asked for rego after saying 3 times I was not with the car. And telling him this is a joke that I’m having to chase him he told me he didn’t like my attitude. Phil I don’t like your service.Would NEVER recommend browns plains MG!!! I understand people get busy, also that he could have lost the photos, or my details. Be honest.
