Food was mid, coffee was pretty dissapointing aswell. As far as McDonald's goes, everything here was unclean, toilets were genuinly appalling and zero of the printers on the ordering machines worked.

Incredibly fast service ordered food and it was ready within minutes not sure if it was just a quiet time but was great. The food was good only McDonald's so not expecting anything amazing.

I dint get any service when I ordered a whopper and Jack fried chicken pieces! I let them of with a warning and came back the next day, but i still didnt get any service! Apparently, they were too busy celebrating that the ice cream machine was working!!!!!!!!!

Where to start, the essentials. Cleanliness, present? Not absolutely not a lack of citizenship of obvious customers because surely Australian? Lol. Nevertheless, an obvious lack of professionalism and training on the part of the staff. No smile, no discussion possible. Your order will cool, poorly received, no towels. Brief horrible experience, surely the food is up to cleanliness and service: HORRIBLE

Got stuck behind someone who wanted to debate an issue last visit.I experienced my or first time with no shakes, I've cream or sundaes here too.No right turn back to the main street is painful, beauty as painful as waiting for people who don't realise this.

Not sure about the drive through but consistently slow takeaway service as staff seem to mill about. Not the biggest issue with the slow service but a cold order is also pretty much a given. Counter staff seem to lack short term memory - they collect the hot items for the orders, place them on the counter then go back to doing nothing before turning around a few minutes later, and after a moment of confusion realise the necessary drinks etc aren't prepared. Never seen a less organised McDonalds - complete retrain required.

It’s a disgrace to prey on unsuspected customers with hefty parking fee without clear signs as per ACCC guildline. By exploiting system loophole to obtain car owners’ private information is truely appalling.

This is what I received from this shop.The Coke is flat with a lot of ice and filled just a half full.Staff knew what they did on the drinks, but it seemed they dont really care.It's a horrible experience and very disappointed

Lengthy wait for drive through, ordered ordinary breakfast menu items around 9am, not peak time, no other cars but long, long wait. About 7 other cars arrived and served after yet no sign of order. Drove through again to order drink and complain. At pick-up the CSR couldn’t silence me quick enough, talking over the top of me, drowning my complaint with her repetitive sorry, sorry sorry. (Not sorry) Refused to actually listen. (Presumably thinks they’re perfect, never make mistakes, couldn’t care less or highly sensitive, unable to endure feedback). Sent off without my drink. Perhaps some skill gaps to fill at Coonan St, Indooroopilly McDonalds.
