Wandong or Wandaang means spirit in my language, Wiradjury. When visiting this campground, please acknowledge the traditional Owners of the land, the Wiradjuri People. William Towney, my Great Grandfathers land. Enjoy the sacred energy of the land here, respect it, and honor it. Take time to sit or walk through and connect with the Natural lore of this beautiful peaceful place. And always remember, that the only thing you should take with you when you leave here is your memories, and the only thing you should leave behind are your footprints.

Great campsite, clean toilets, fire places. Not much to do when half the park is closed because of recent rainfall.
