Similar to other stories. Claims they offer warranty and advise you to submit claims then don’t reply for months. When they do reply they want the same photos again. Sham of a company. Used a solar blanket 3 times and it broke.

They admitted that their product was faulty (no LED’s on the solar input of a Solar MPPT controller) and that they get a lot of these being returned. But because the unit still charged the battery it’s considered ok!Brand new out of the box, I would expect it to fully function as specified. Apparently only a bit not working is good enough!I’ve purchased a lot of stuff from 4WD Supercentre and although I don’t expect that much from these products, I didn’t even want a refund, just a replacement product. I do expect to have some level of appreciation that a customer makes the effort to return a defective product straight away.Customer service also 1*

I rang up to order a air compressor and paid for it over the phone so I could get a mate to pick it up for me . They said that they would send me an email within 5 min for pick up. After one hour nothing .I rang customer service which took 45min ,nothing. I rang sales again (15min) they said they would send email ,still waiting . Sh..t service.

I absolutely love this store due to every time I go there it always changes and has more variety each and every-time. The staff are also super nice and will help you find absolutely anything you need or leave you alone if you inform them you are only browsing.A great store to come to if you are an outdoors person.
