Best and cheapest office supplies in Cairns, massive range of stationary, office supplies, furniture and technology. Wheelchair accessible entry, one disabled parking bay, in-store aisles can be cluttered or obstructed but staff are plentiful if you need help. There's also an in-store print shop for everything from a4 printing to shop signs, coffee mugs, canvas and metal prints etc. Large range of phones, laptops and tablets.

Slow on picking click and collect orders, even though it said it will be ready in 2 hours. I understand that there maybe extend times but almost 24 hours since i placed the order is insane.

I went to the store to have my passport photo taken. I wasn't offered to check the photo and was charged before I even get to look at it. The photo turned out VERY DARK. I asked the employee about this and she said the flash isn't working well and that was the brightest she could get. A very poor excuse when I could do much better on a default phone app, let alone a proper DSLR camera. Her attitude was very impatient too when I asked about the quality. I should have demanded a refund on spot; such quality for a PASSPORT PHOTO is simply unaccceptable.

One star for myself . I went to print photo & the staff looks like they didn’t sleep from ages & i try to connect wifi and there is no wifi network lol& staff seeing my face … and then i try to connect fujifilm they just only known one app … the shocking moment is they have fujifilm they import those machines but forget to import knowledge … whenever i come this store its feels like i came back to past … really really disappointed disappointed.. hope this will be shutdown forever and never open again with like this staff and no knowledge

Very good printing service! Was happy that they even managed to make a little booklet for me. I expected to only print the paper and do the rest myself but I quickly had the whole booklet in my hands. Thank you

Huge selection of office supplies in convenient location. We always find what we need. This store is so popular that the car park is nearly always full. The 9pm closure makes it easier to avoid the crowds.

Large range of stationery, office furniture, computers, laptops, printers and accessories. Also has a printing/photo service. Particularly busy around back to school time. I suggest shopping online and picking up instore. This has saved us a great deal of time and frustration in the past. Competitive on prices, but more so at the beginning of the year. Have found staff to generally be knowledgeable and helpful.

I call into Officeworks Cairns at least once a month, helpful staff & happy to sort-out refunds when required. Spacious store & plenty to see when browsing around. Can be a little frustrating trying to locate a parking spot especially on Monday mornings.Overall reasonable prices throughout store.
