I contacted Star Outdoor after not being able to download a price list. I received a reply stating that the prices would be up the following week but I could get a rough price if I sent further info, which I did. I also sent photos of what we were after. I never received a replyI then sent a follow up email almost two weeks later asking if the price was available. Again, no reply. All up I have contacted four times and still not received the information I requested and seven weeks later they still don’t have the prices on their site.We have since purchased from another company and received excellent customer service. I would not recommend spending any money with this company as they clearly do not value customers. I can’t imagine how difficult it would be to get hold of them if you placed an order and something was wrong with it.Give your money to a company that values customers!The one star is cause I have to in order to submit!

We've had multiple seasonal banners made which are quick and easy to swap over at the end of each season. Not only this, but the customer service of all Star Outdoor employees is impeccable - their promptness and organisation has ensured that we are never dissatisfied. We would highly recommend them!
