The most terrible customer service, almost always have to wait long periods to be served, then made to wait while they talk with friends and other customers. Often have to ask if you can finish your transaction so that you can leave. Very poor attitude. Now I go to Port Macqaurie, further to travel but worth it to be treated like a valued customer.

Had $5000 to spend, wanted a PW50 bike for son, two adult jackets and pants, two helmets, gloves, helmet and gear for kid, unfriendly staff no help whatsoever, the woman there made us feel like we were an inconvenience, refuse to support a local business that treats customers like that. Went elsewhere.

Took a rim and tyre to be fitted, owner refuses to fit tyres he didnt sell.Why support a local business if they won't support the locals!

Always the best quality and efficiency, best customer service and cheapest around if not they'll match it or beat it. I'm interstate now and wish I had them available for parts and repairs. Never had a bad day at the Taree bike shop saved me money when they could, if ever there was something wrong on their which hardly ever they rectified it ASAP!. Highly recommended A+++

I enjoy dealing with these guys. Although I don't own a Honda, they've always been willing to help me customise my cafe racer. Taking me around the back into the workshop to explain their progress and intentions on jobs they've done for me shows me they care about their customers and their work.
