LCD CONSTRUCTION

Bad experience (I am neighbouring house to one built by Belfort Homes). Dumped rubbish in my lot, no permissions taken to cover my house during their brick work, still have cement marks on my bricks and windows which are not cleaned, used my backyard to do their work, no response from the Supervisor too. They don't care about others and feel now the builder has even dumped the owner of neighbouring lot and absconding. DONOT build with them at all.

Went with Belfort homes for our first home build. Have lived in house for 1 year now. Build timeframe wise was ok from time Yass estimated. So no issue there. Issues is once we moved in the defects we agreed together they would fix have not been done. We paid an extra 10k for floating stairs that have bad paint stains on them which have not been fixed. Reason for delay is due to they want the painter they contracted to fix it but obviously has never come back. We have a outdoor gate at garage that was not installed properly so we cannot close the gate. I agreed to let this go but the backyard landscaping was not finished well. They used left over clay/cement/brick for the back so no grass can grow there. The house is livable of course but what I am disappointed is if you agree to fix something do it.

Very bad as neighboring builders cuz they steal electricity from my block and don’t even think it’s a big deal . Very bad experience
