They broke my item. When I brought to them, they just told me that it was properly packaged even though I used lots of bubble wrap on it. So ridiculous!!!

I went to pick up a parcel and they are not open.How is it possible that Australia Post has not stipulated in their franchise post office contracts that stores should be open on Saturday mornings (9-12) This is the time that weekday workers get a chance to do all their personal jobs . So, you cant get your registered letters/parcels or withdraw money, can't put in a passport application, can't do a change of address etc.Hope Australia Post (the head office) reviews franchise operations urgently). I will be sharing my concerns. Thoroughly disappointing.

Staff were very helpful and efficient with lodging my passport application. Make sure you have all your documents ready tho. The line wasn't long when I got there, but it started getting longer as they only had 2 people working in the front. I feel sorry that the gov dumps so much tasks on post offices workers, must be a stressful job. But I personally had a great experience here!

For today , a Asian lady staff is very rude to an very old man . She even don't care and listen what client said. Her behavior is very rude . I really have no idea why the Asian lady staff still can work in the Australia Post as a customer service officer. There is no any service at all.PS : There is no discrimination. But her service is really bad. So sad for Australia Post Group.

Tude people, they don't know what they are doing I went to send some of my personal stuff overseas and they didn't know what to do, I've paid more that I've paid previously and now I still have to pay some extra to receive the box. All this because they were rude and they didn't know what they were doing.. next time listen to the customer.

Worst Post Office, had to wait 20min just to pay one simple bill, due to staff talking and wasting time, HIGHLY DONT RECCOMEND, VERY BAD SERVICE

because of the staff here, i had no choice to get my passport delivered, only pickup from the lee st office. i asked if i could get it delivered (ps i got a priority passport) and she said that for priority you can only pick them up and so i didn’t bother arguing with her. now because of this, it’s been ready and sitting at the passport office for over a month because everytime i go, the pickup line is a joke.soo disappointed. i get it, customer service is a tough industry but that is no way to treat a customer.

I asked my passport to be delivered, I ended up getting a priority passport because 7 weeks ahead of when you need it might still not guarantee getting the normal passport. The lady said that it would be delivered and I explicitly stated I want it delivered. She said that was fine. Next thing I know I'm getting an email saying it's ready for pick up, so I need to go pick it up. Don't go there, there's a high chance they will lie to you saying it will be delivered. Waste of time
