I would never use this company again. Several items were damaged on arrival and the driver did not care 1 bit. The receptionist (Prue?) is also extremely rude. So disappointing.

I have given Jacobs Removals one star, and that is because they are punctual. Unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can think to say about them.While our belongings were being unloaded from the truck I was dismayed to see a favourite piece of furniture arrive upside down. Other pieces of furniture were handled roughly. Boxes clearly displaying red fragile" stickers were delivered under heavy boxes; e.g. those marked "books". Several items had been damaged

Had a piano moved from one house to another in town. One of the removalists was extremely rude just about the whole time and when they got the piano into the new house they had dented the walls at both ends when we were putting very small floor protectors on. I immediately messaged the owner that I'd organised the job with and no response for a week. Sent an email and got a response from Prue in the office stating that the job was to move the piano not to put very small feet under it to protect the floor and basically was told too bad about the wall. Will never use this company and would not recommend to anyone...

PLEASE if you love your possessions DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY".. They destroyed multiple items and didn't care at all.. The real villain in this devastating sarga is the woman ( Prue) who runs the office. She was just so unbelievably rude and uncaring to my daughter.. She showed absolutely no empathy or respect.. Shame on her and The Jacobs removal company.."

I am adding this for two reasons. One the earlier bad review and secondly because I am extremely happy with this group. They went to an extra length to help me which was much appreciated as I had moved here and I have been very unwell. Graham and your partner, thanks for the help it was very much appreciated by this poor dear lost soul.
