Spent two days at the garage. Problem wasn't fixed. Was told they would arrange a third appointment... That was a month ago. Left the job half done. No organisation. Really poor service

I took my Ford Ranger in a few weeks ago to have Rhino platform racks installed. I've got a Wildtrak with an Aeroklas canopy, so one rack on the cabin and one rack on the canopy. Dion is a very nice guy but unfortunately his crew don't take any pride in their work. After two visits and a cumulative wait time of 10 hours, the racks don't line up with each other and they are also not level with each other. When I try to place a piece of timber on the racks, it sits up on an angle like its a see-saw. There is at least a 10-15 degree angle between one rack and the other. This is not the sort of shoddy work I'd expect after paying $3000+. Fortunately, I took it to another rhino rack fitter and they reinstalled everything and leveled the two racks.

Walked in with a disaster electrical issue that hadn’t been resolved despite work been done by Holden themselves months earlier ... I was 2 hours from home and stranded in Bairnsdale.I arrived at 1:30pm and was all sorted and driving out by 4pm, the car is running like a dream! So happy!

I arrived in Bairnsdale during a road trip with a failing horn on my motorbike which I assumed was an electrical problem. Being the only auto electrical place open in town, due to the Christmas holidays, I was lucky to find Dion, who was incredibly helpful.Despite being very busy, Dion and his team diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it up enough to get me back home a few days later (I actually needed a new horn!). Thank you!

Worst and most unbelievable experience I have ever had, do not use these people. I booked a home visit, Dion arrived and recommended that he remove my car radio and take it to be fixed. He took it and after weeks of me phoning and fronting at TJM to ask when I might get it back, and many excuses from Dion. Many months later I have finally given up. It appears they have stolen my radio, I HAVE NEVER GOT IT BACK!

Worst experience I have ever had with a auto electrician. Took my Ranger in which had been wired with an Anderson plug and DC charger by a.different auto electrician in Qld and whilst everything worked fine, I wanted a cut out of some sort as I had been caught out a couple times if I left the Anderson plug in, it would drain the car battery as Thetford fridge in van would auto select 12 volts ( I have the van wired so fridge runs of Anderson plug so I don't burn out 12 pin plug with the smaller wiring). I made it very clear to the owner and apprentice that all i wanted was power to the Anderson plug when ignition turned on and.power off when ignition turned off". A few hours later I get a call to pick up car and $349 later ( $49 in parts and the rest.in Labor and remember all the main wiring was.allready there ) so back to the van I go still in shock re the price. A couple of days later I thought I'd check to make sure everything.worked but alas

A big shout out to Dion at TJM Bairnsdale for going above and beyond to find a set of suspension bushings during our recent trip to the Victorian High Country. After some camp-side repairs the BT-50 was as good as new and we continued on our adventures. Dion sourced the bushing through his own network on a Saturday morning at short notice. Awesome service and support.

6 star service from this company.Rang this afternoon as the 200 refused to acknowledge the key fob etc.Spoke to Dion, and he and Tom came out within an hour and fixed the issue.Great knowledge, prompt and friendly service, and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any related work whatsoever.Peter

Our 1991 Volvo had an ignition failure which neither I nor the RACV could diagnose. Car was towed to EGAE in February. I rang them at least once a fortnight for progress reports over the next three and a half months and NONE of my phone calls were returned. I finally called in with two relays for them to try (suggested by a Volvo expert). While I was there, I was told that a couple of things had been replaced. I asked what they were but they were unable to tell me. Next morning, in the first phone call ever from EGAE, I was told that the components supplied had made no difference to the car. I had now lost all faith and trust in EGAE and told them to stop work and that the car would be collected for delivery to an expert in Melbourne. I was asked by phone ( second phone call ever) for $396 before they would release the car. I paid because I wanted the car back.The car was running within five hours of delivery to the expert in Melbourne and I drove it back to East Gippsland two days later in the first week of July.

One of my grey anderson plugs came out of socket when we were travelling and we were strict on time so had to get it repaired. Called East Gippsland Auto Electrics at 8:30am whilst in Sale, VIC, Kyle picked the phone up and I explained my situation, he said pop in and he'll check it out. 45 minutes later, Kyle fixed it all up and we were on our way in 5 minutes. What a legend. Amazing service!
