Studio Exhilarate

I have absolutely nothing but love for Studio Exhilarate! Every single one of the trainers are lovely and push you in all the right ways! I've tried things and succeeded in them that I never would have considered myself capable of before coming here. The community is so inclusive and welcoming ❤️

I really wanted to try pole so signed up for a trial. I was so nervous going but so glad I did - I'm still here 2 years later! This is an incredible studio with the most supportive staff and inclusive culture. Cannot recommend it more highly

I trialled out the studio because I was in desperate need of some self care after a turbulent year adjusting to being a single mum. The girls have been so welcoming and it has made a huge different to my physical and mental health. It was hard to find a gym where I could go to classes that fit in with my daughter's schedule but the ladies here have been so understanding and friendly to myself and my daughter. My two year old now loves coming to the gym with me and she loves the members and the owner Kylie and has adapted to the routine so I have a little cheerleader while I work out.I love coming here for the people and the bonus is that I get to improve my fitness too. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun way to keep fit and join this beautiful community.

I’ve been coming to studio exhilarate for 1 year and 1/2 now and I can say it is the best place to do fitness, I have learnt so much and gained so much strength and am a whole lot flexible and fitter than I used to be. It has got to be the most inclusive and supportive environment I have been in, there are people from all walks of life in the studio exhilarate community, which just shows your not too young or old to have fun and get fit in the process. I have loved the opportunities and the challenges coming here and I will be a member for life!

I love coming to my class every week. the instructors and other members are so welcoming and encouraging we all work together so each member can achieve their own induvial goal.

Amazing place that makes everyone feel very welcome and safe. It doesn’t matter your fitness level everyone is made to feel included. The instructors are Amazing.

Absolutely love the studio. They have amazing instructors, classes, studio environment and members. The boxing, tone and shape and dance fitness classes are my favourites and I attend them every week. The community vibe within the studio is amazing and very inclusive of everyone no matter what their abilities are with fitness. I highly recommend going to Studio Exhilarate. Who would of thought fitness could be so fun!

Amazing fitness studio with a variety of classes to chose from. Some classes include boxing, dance fitness, bungee and pole and many more.Such a great positive vibe at the studio.Professional but fun instructors.A very inclusive and encouraging environment.I highly recommend Studio Exhilarate for all your fitness needs!

I have had a lovely experience with my instructors Lyn and Elly. I would definitely recommend this studio to experienced dancers and beginners alike. Very friendly and welcoming environment.
