We were super happy with both Ashley and Michael. They were very professional and gave us so much valuable information about the property and the ongoing care the property needs.If the purchase for this property goes ahead we will be getting them out once a year to help us try and nip any issues in the bud before they become a big issue.I would highly recommend Compass!

We used the Compass Building and pest inspection last month. I heard about them from another real estate agency and I was impressed with the service provided. Graham did a detailed inspection of the old property and discussed the findings and what needs to be done. I got the report the same day and it was detailed and clear with photos. I am using them for pest treatment as well. Jess was also very helpful and patient with my queries and booking.

Highly recommend Compass Building and Pest Inspection. Jess went above and beyond for us, she even stayed back to ensure our booking was confirmed even though the rest of her team had left for the day. Graham and Jordan were extremely polite and very informative and clear with their report and relaying it too us. Even the Real Estate Agent was impressed and took some cards for future use. Highly recommend Compass Building and Pest. They will definitely be our go to from now on.

The team at Compass Building and Pest inspection are prompt, fair and provide a fair price for a great service.We were extremely pleased at how quickly the team were able to arrange an inspection and the thorough report they provided at the end. Not only was the report detailed and explanative, it was provided within the hour of the inspection.They are happy to explain their report in person if you attend with them, which is very helpful for overwhelmed first home buyers.Will be recommending Compass building and pest for any of my first home buyer friends.
