Got my braces here. They were very patient and caring throughout the whole process. Never had any issues with professionalism or service. Has been our family dentist for the past 10 years.

Professional reception as usual when I arrived. I patiently waited for my turn knowing the doctor will fix my teeth problems while enjoyed the relaxing background music and outside street traffic through the glass door because I arrived late for 15 minutes and lost my position for treatment due to missing connection bus. It must be extraordinarily busy here today even around supposedly lunch time because it took another 10 minutes to wait for the doctor after being seated at the treatment seat. Another decayed tooth was found while treating the 2 planned ones so the treatment took longer time to complete. Already passing lunch time made me hesitate. But trusting the doctor, I mentioned the problem that I forgot during last week check up. The doctor quickly smooth the sharp edges which often cut my mouth. I felt released but was surprised to find another patient was waiting when I step out the treatment room. Sorry about that, mate! I am thankful regardless the good or bad experience. At the end the attitude matters. Have a good day :)

Gracedays Dental is a very professional dental practice. I've been attending this dentistry for almost three years for my general dental care and just recently completed the orthodontic treatment that was done by Dr Chang. I’m extremely happy with the outcome! Dr Chang is a knowledgeable and experienced dentist, he always provides clear explanation and seeks the most suitable option for your treatment.The admin staff and dental assistants are also very friendly and gentle; the environment is clean and relaxed.I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Gracedays Dental for any dental requirements.

Dr Chang is one of the best dentist I’ve ever had. Dr Chang made a wonderful denture and solved all my dental problems. I recommend Dr Chang is a kind and experienced dentist mostly. My teeth are not easy to solve, so I need a dentist as experienced as Dr Chang

Worst experience at the doctor, very rude customer service, they will tell you the fee is included in the course, but when they find out you don’t have enough private insurance to pay, they will change the attitude and find other reasons to ask you to pay.I don’t mind if i have to pay the fee but just don’t lie to customer, and judging me using a bad insurance, feels very bad.

We went in to ask a couple of questions hoping to get a rough idea of the costs, the receptionist was looking at her phone the entire time, barely made any eye contact, and was very dismissive. Dr Chang is one of the best dentists around but we won’t be going there again.

My partner that speaks little English visited Dr ChangDr Chang was excellent, spoke slowly to her, so she understood. After the initial examination he later sent me a letter, of what would be required, and the costHe and his staff, are extremely professional

Dr Chang is an experienced and excellent dentist - he has taken very good care of my teeth since childhood and have had braces done with him as well. All the queries and concerns I have ever had with my dental health have been addressed by him and all of the other amazing staff at the clinic :)

I am having a very bad experiance with them. Not honest and very dodgy. Don't recommend them to you. You cant complaint because that means you are sacrificing your teeth health! After removing my braces, Dr Daniel forgot to remove one of the brace on my tooth. Even don’t want to give 1 star!Lied to customers to skip the waiting period of insurance and locked & pushed them to pay off the package, then they don’t care about how you claim the insurance. Also, they will threat you that they will not help you to finish your whole treatment.

Never have had a bad experience with them, my mother and I have been going for many years. Dr Chang is kind and caring, and very understanding when organising and rearranging appointments. I have had my braces done with him, and my teeth have turned out great now.
