Nathalie did a great job with our cat who is a bit shy sitting with her in the sun. She sent me pictures regularly and answered all my questions .I can highly recommend her.

Terrific cattery in Warriewood. Our much loved cat has stayed at Valley View Cattery on many occasions and we are very happy with the care provided. Natalie looks after each cat as if it we her own.

Thank you Valley View for taking care of my 3 ragdolls for 2 weeks while on holiday. It was nice to go away knowing my babies were well looked after.They have all settled back into home now.Thank you

Would not recommend. It's taken a long time to write the review as I know the response will be aggressive.Late last year my two cats were hosted by Natalie for a week. Long story short the updates were irregular with delayed responses by days which made me nervous, so the moment I was back in Sydney I wanted to get them back. Natalie's text communications became rude and accusatory, heightening my concern. Finally she let me collect my cats, meanwhile yelling at me, throwing things and being downright nasty. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.Once I was finally home, I realised they both stank of urine. They were completely dry but the smell permeated their fur from head to tail. The only time they've ever been bathed was that evening!Since then I've been using MadPaws and I have a favourite sitter. Depending how long the work trips are, she either pops round twice daily or stays a few nights. Communication is excellent. My cats are totally chill, super social and CLEAN. This year has involved almost a dozen work trips and I've only used MadPaws sitters with no issues whatsoever. Everyone is happy.And now we wait for the aggressive response from Natalie...And there you have it, an aggressive response as predicted. There is no reason for me to go out of my way to make up stories about someone I don't know. Google provides options to leave reviews, which I have. As you can see from her reply, it's quite obvious why I would NOT recommend Natalie's services.

Extremely pleased and grateful for the level of care Natalie and team showed my cat while I was away for three weeks over Xmas. I returned today to collect her and she’s happy, playful and in very good shape. She is a rescue and generally a very anxious cat and so I was equally anxious leaving her while I went away. I was sent pictures and regular updates which made me feel a lot better. For anyone considering Cattery services I can’t recommend this company highly enough. My thanks to you again, Natalie.

Can’t believe how lucky I’ve been to have this place available to look after my new kitten. My daughter surprised me with a little ball of fluff bred by Valley View and two weeks later I was going away for a week…So, Natalie was thrilled to have her back and she was even there with tiny siblings…so much care and love amazed me.Will use them again and again and again

We’ve never used boarding for our cat before and we did a lot of research to try and find the right place. She was going to be in boarding for 3+ months, so it was important to us that we had contact with the place, we were able to get photos of her and regular updates etc. Natalie was outstanding! We got weekly updates - more frequently if she had the time - and she didn’t charge us extra for the pleasure! When we needed to extend Luna’s stay, Natalie was so incredibly accommodating and when she came back to us (after 5 months in the end!!!!) she was a happy healthy cat just like before! I trust Natalie imperatively and Luna’s next visit is already planned!

Natalie did a wonderful job of looking after my two babies, Jamie and Bella. They came home happy and healthy! I would not hesitate to gave Natalie look after my kitties again.

Valley View is such an amazing cattery, actually it more of a spa retreat for your feline fur babies with the delightful outside area and the pampering that Natalie gives to all the cats!Natalie was kind enough to let us visit before we left our Zarra with her for just over 3 weeks.Valley View has such a lovely feel to it and you just know that Natalie cares for each cat as if they were her very own. Natalie sent lots of pictures and reports of how Zarra had settled in, was enjoying pats & cuddles and had even made a friend and was enjoying playtime in the sunroom.Thank you Natalie & Valley View family, for looking after Zarra so well.Would highly recommend and I’m sure Zarra is already looking forward to her next stay with you!
