I must say the customer service and attitudes of the people who work here are terrible. I came in today to get some lunch and the ladies were all laughing amongst themselves at me because I simply wanted to place an order. It was very strange behaviour. Avoid this bakery and go to the Bakehouse down the road. It’s much better service and food. They should clean out out the staff there and get new people who are much nicer.

Greatest bakery in watsonia, value for money very fresh. Jam doughnut packed to the brim with jam, pies high quality busy little place.Suggestion: ordering section a bit tight and congested could be some more room.

Dont ever buy a Pastie here !!! Old, Dry big ball of meat in the middle no vegies and burnt on one end!! How do people have the cheek to sell you this food!! Disgraceful!!

I had the veg pasty which was pretty good and the apple cake was tasty and very generous. My eating companion had a nice pie but did not enjoy the jelly slice at all. The service was very good and the prices maybe a little to the high side of average

Something has changed here…Very disappointed with the rolls purchased at 11am today Sat, size and freshness not up to scratch. Also realised that I was overcharged after exiting. I’ll give this bakery a wide berth in future.
