Poor customer service, could of walked out half way through and done it myself and received more(don't know why I didn't), $149 and for what to feel like I was ripped off! There was no quality in the service. Wasn't impressed, deffinatly won't be going back and advise people to Stay clear.

What a wonderful experience, I have been to many branches in Aus but this one tops them all! Catherine was just so incredibly warm and bubbly, she made me feel incredibly welcome from the 1st of many phone calls we had that day to the moment I stepped in the door, and Clarke who did my tax, thank you for seeing me even if I was a bit late! Lovely to chat to him whilst doing my tax, talking tax and just other things in general, he was extremely professional and is clearly great at what he does. All round, Amazing Team. See you next year!

Clarke is an amazing guy, very helpful and great knowledge in this industry. Very trustworthy guy and great to deal with. I do feel sorry for his family as he seems to almost live at the business. cheers clarke

Poor customer service. Lady don't know what she is doing. Not doing any research or homework. No accountability. I went away in the middle without completing my process. No way I'll go back there.

I came in expecting to be confused, but I found their manager Clarke very friendly; he helped explain the fundamentals of my taxes and the returns I could claim. I honestly walked out somewhat understanding what my tax returns would be and why they would be like that. Would recommend.

Reception was pleasant but the accountant was not. Barely said 2 words and knew less about tax laws than I did. Waste of money.
