Arakan Martial Art Self Defence
Arakan is an awesome experience, for both self defence and self empowerment! I found out about it through a friend and have since learnt so many great techniques and skills for so many different situations that I know I can rely on. It's also helped me regain my fitness and has me feeling healthier than ever! Having that confidence has helped push me further in all areas of life as well, helping me better myself and keep pushing further! I can't recommend it enough, it's a journey that pushes you in every way to be better!

Arakan Martial Art Self Defence
I have been involved with the Arakan trainers for now 10 years.I am a school teacher/ business woman and as far as I am concerned the the art of self defence is more important than any school subject and faciliating this is the best gift I can give to my grandson. The Arakan trainers are outstanding and dedicated and will do anything to help their pupils. They are great role models and mentors and I think that is very important and more so for teenagers. I also attend the Arakan gym in Varsity Lakes on a weekly basis and have done so for over three years. It has benefited me greatly and I am very strong and healthy for my age.

Arakan Martial Art Self Defence
Arakan has been a wonderful experience for my son. Kerrod not only is amazing at teaching martial arts and defence, yet is a great inspiration mentor, coach and friend to my son. Kerrod treats his students as family. Kerrod has really helped shape my son into the amazing young man he is today. Daniel is a great trainer. Always so motivating and great fun to work out with. I feel so mentally and physically strong after our sessions!!! He’s also very patient as you get to know all the moves. Highly recommend you give him a go!!!
