What a great service Steve and his employees offer. They are professional, punctual, neat and extremely helpful and not to mention affordable.

The system is of high quality but the service is lacking. This is the 2nd time that we had to make several phone calls for several days to get a call back and then on the third day had to send a text message. Very frustrating. In the security industry return phone calls should be in a more timely manner.

Steve and Arun are so helpful. I often have silly questions and they help me out at once in a really professional and friendly way. And not only in normal business hours. Steve has just spent 15 mins talking me through changing a code, when it was obviously dinner time. He also offered to come round tomorrow instead if I preferred.

Great service. My system broke down on the weekend and I called X-Mod. By the time I got home the technician was there repairing the faulty part. Top notch service that isn’t common anymore but is with this company. Will recommend to all my friends and anyone looking for great service with their security company.

I asked Xmod Security for a quote and they turned up the next day.The quote arrived the next day and after confirming with them, the system was installed two days later.Aaron, the technician, arrived on time and the whole job took about 2 hours to install.Aaron cleaned up after himself and explained the workings of the system thoroughly.I am so pleased with the system installed and would not hesitate to recommend these boys to anyone thinking of installing a security system.I had a Micron camera installed with a recording system backup.The clarity is amazing and the night turns into day. Just the other day, we had an incident at the industrial complex and we have been able to supply the police with clear information about that incident.
