I purchased a used 2016 Mazda CX-3 last week from Mornington Mazda and very happy with the customer service from Tony and Darren who looked after me and even offered coffee whilst the paperwork was being processed. Joseph who handled the finance side of the vehicle was polite too. Later that day, I received a phone call from Samantha- Car Care, asking if I would like any extras to my vehicle with a discount of car cameras being installed in the front and rear of my vehicle which I was pleased with. Upon picking up my vehicle, Darren showed me how to use the gadgets & Nav to download the contacts etc.

Unapologetically bad customer service.Within 4 days of driving the car the engine became noisy and within 6 days the oil light came on. Topped up the oil and the noise went away....4 days later the noise came back. If it wasn't for the way Ben, Michael and Bill handled the situation I wouldn't come to the conclusion that they were well aware of this issue with the car and had tried to hide it. I wasn't able to pick the car up the first week apparently due to a wrong part being delivered for roadworthy its doesn't take much to assume they heard this noise too and with a top up of oil it went away and they hoped I wouldn't notice before my warranty was up. Upon first email contact with Ben when these issues arose he pretty much wiped his hands of the matter with no apology or even a call, simply gave me the number of their service department to handle. Bill the service manager then asked for me to return the car to them and they would lend me a service car while they looked it over. Less than 24 hrs later I received a conference call from Michael, Ben and Bill stating the engine was non repairable and pressuring me to make a decision on the spot of their options made to me. Again no apology and no accountability. In the end I opted to have my money refunded just so I didn't have to deal with their rudeness and lack of accountability and to be honest I didn't trust they would repair the car and I would have more issues down the track. I owned" the car for a month only had it in my possession for 2 weeks. I have been out of pocket time and money not to mention the stress and inconvenience caused. They wouldn't deliver my car originally but were quick to send a tilt truck to pick up the service car they so "kindly" lent me. Ben telling my husband and I that we could have faith in their dealership that they aren't in the business of selling dodgy cars and have a reputation to uphold should have been the first red flag of a lie and couldn't have been any further from the truth."

Mornington Mazda were a dream to deal with when my partner and I purchased our car. Darren and the team were so helpful, quickly ensured the vehicle was immaculately detailed and prepared for pickup, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Could not recommend them more.By far the easiest car transaction we have had to date.

Took way to long for service and then didn’t resolve a rear taillight problem because have to get part in but couldn’t give a time when ?Didn’t seem to care about myself having to wait for over 6 hours for the service to be completed, in saying that my car seems to be running great so they did a good job on what they did but 6 hours c’mon , acknowledgment would have Been nice instead of making me feel like I had put them out.Update just got rear light fixed in 5 mins from a Somerville auto electrician No charge , so not only wrong diagnosis from Mazda but don’t have to waste another 6 hrs, and by the way the complimentary service was negotiated at point of sale of car and was for a full service not a minor like they tried to do s it wouldn’t cost them as much ,So back down to zero stars

Extremely happy with my experience with the service team. Sean was very helpful and polite. The loan car I was offered for free I might add was clean and Shaun made sure it had a full tank of fuel. Huge props to Ashley the service manager for building such a great team!Thanks Shawn!

Driving along the Eastlink freeway recently and my passenger side window just imploded. The window was completely shattered with no evidence of anything hitting it. So weird! David from Mazda Mornington fit me into their busy service schedule, fixed it in 2 days, and covered it under warranty. So helpful and efficient. Thanks David and Team Mazda Mornington.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience in the service department of Mornington Mazda.I had to bring my car in today for a small warranty issue that the team were able to easily fix. Even though I wasn't spending any money it didn't alter the service I received at all.Harry at the service front desk was a pleasure to deal with, and Caleb was absolutely fantastic.I was able to get a concierge lift to and from my house and my car received a complimentary wash/vacuum.A really great experience, couldn't recommend them more!
