I started seeing Renata for massage to help induce labour and I was blown away by her professionalism and how relaxed and comfortable she made me feel. I started seeing Renata for massages in my third trimester of pregnancy when my back was constantly aching and sore from the weight of my belly. Previously I had been searching all over Sydney for a good pregnancy massage therapist who not only had all the props to make my body comfortable but who was experienced enough to confidently work deeply on my aching muscles. Until I found Renata I had been frustrated in this with most therapists nervously skimming over my body and missing all the spots. She came highly recommended to me by other pregnant mums and she didn't disappoint. After my fist massage I knew I had found the holy grail of massage therapists. I have continued to see Renata post partum and every time the experience is just magical. Her kind, considerate approach, extensive repertoire of techniques and beautiful thoughtfully appointed space make treatments with her the healing balm an expecting and new mother's body and mind craves. She is also really affordable and despite her experience is one of the best value therapists that I found in Sydney. I saw Renata for massages during my pregnancy. She is amazing and so knowledgeable on how to relief aches and pains, as well as providing such a relaxing experience. I can also highly recommend the pregnancy induction massage, which helped me feel calm for my labour.The studio is warm and comfortable. The whole experience is very peaceful. But it's not just a superficial massage; Renata really knows how the body works and how to massage out tensions. I always feel amazing afterwards! I have had massages from a range of places and it's clear to me that Healing Hands Studio is, by far, one of the best.

Renata was both professional and knowledgeable about all things pregnancy and massage. She adapts her massages based on your specific needs which she asks about extensively beforehand. Her acupressure massage also got my labour going! Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a nice pregnancy massage and acupressure.

Fantastic massage and atmosphere. I had a mixed of relaxation and therapeutic massage twice and I will definitely come back. Renata's hands are wonderful, love the smell and the music too.
