If you are after a seriously amazing escape from reality then look no further than Viroga Health Spa.I had a relaxing body massage and the experience was incredible. The spa reminded me of being a day spa in Bali or Thailand and had me leaving feeling completely blissed out.The best recommendation I can give is that I saw some friends straight afterwards and they told me I looked like I'd been on holidays for a month....

I have had the Cranial Release on numerous occasions. It is a great experience as it gives you a chance to escape and refocus. The feeling afterwards is very positive and refreshing.

Today I attended Caroline's Alignment Yoga for the first time! Absolute peach of a lady, down to earth and very easy to follow! Caroline session was both educational with an element of fun! Highly recommend this class to beginners or experienced yogis! The setting is also fabulous and very peaceful. Like an old restored barn! All that was missing was some line dancing and maybe an old style bush band!

I received a treatment from Paulina and it was far beyond my expectations. I don’t usually get into facials that much (or many treatments) but this is completely different to the norm. Words really don’t do justice to how healing/ rejuvenating it has been for me. Do it!

I experienced a magical self care morning at Viroga Health Spa with the beautiful Paulina. A Massage with a little sound healing, a Facial spa with crystals and ended with a meditative Sauna Bed. Pure Bliss.

Absolutely love my massages with Paulina. I’m relaxed from the minute I walk through the door, it’s such a lovely and welcoming environment. The massage is incredible, I always leave feeling so relaxed and cared for. Paulina herself is an amazing presence to be around, I love our chats!

Viroga Health Spa
Viroga is like an oasis for me. The space is so calm and inviting, as are the teachers. I have done several classes including pregnancy and baby yoga with Pamela. My son did the kids course with the Annie. I think I have been going to Viroga on and off for 10 years now and can honestly say it has had really positive impacts on my body and my mind. Renee has a really special way of just making the day melt away. Don't change a thing!
