My fingers hurt after the lady buffed them really roughly and my mums foot was smaked because she moved the younger lady was rude and kept questioning if I could pay for the nails

Best nail salon I’ve been to in a very long time! I have tried all over the CBD and Elwood/St Kilda area when I used to live there and this place trumps all over them and so much better value! So happy I’ve found this place. The girls are very polite and friendly too. Highly recommend

I'm only giving one star because I can't give 0!Aside from my nails looking chunky and aesthetically unappealing, not using nail oil or asking to wash my hands, they also made it my problem that they didn't know how to use a gift card (The Pamper Card) which they've signed up to, to allow customers to use. I was told it's not their problem!THANKS FOR THE UGLY NAILS AND LACK OF SERVICE AND ACCOUNTABILITY!WILL NEVER RETURN. YUK!

Had a pedicure done, however I now have an infected toenail. Not sure if they're not cleaning their tools properly, or if they cut my toe! Not to mention the paint wasn't done very well.

Got a pedicure and shellac came off a few days later. Lady was rude and seemed to be annoyed at whatever question I’d ask. Do not recommend and will not go back.

Unfortunately my nails were uneven and the gel was sooo so so thick. Once I left I had to go back in and ask them to refile them. I’m really disappointed and it was a complete waste of 70 dollars.
