Priceline Pharmacy

Thank you most sincerely for the sensational service I'd received today when filling a script. Mariam took the time to explain the Priceline app thoroughly so I'd feel comfortable using it for future prescriptions. Mariam's positive attitude, friendly demeanour and admirable patience should be commended, as well as her extensive knowledge and ability to explain information clearly. Thank you also to the other pharmacists and customer support staff for your consistent great service over many years. Well done to all.

The new store upgrades look great. General products and over the counter stuff isn’t a problem. They have a good range of everything. Staff wise I think it’s a bit of a mixed bag? Some of them are lovely and very comfortably friendly but a couple of the pharmacy staff could use a bit of a pep talk when it comes to customer relations. Like... you’re the ones who are getting paid to be there. Maybe act like it. We aren’t rockin up to your home specifically to bother you. Do ya job ;)

What a dissapointing store. I come from the country and stop in at F'Gate occasionally, ever since this store has moved location in the center, it has gone down hill. The staff are conceated, rude and disrespectful. 1 star is too many

One of the staff ran into my wife with their trolley, ripped the skin off her foot and she was bleeding all over the place, staff member could not care less, terrible.

Hannah and Georgia were fantastic piercing my daughters ears today. We’ve been to 4 other places and my daughter didn’t feel comfortable, but these competent young girls did a fantastic job entertaining my daughter while piercing her ears. Thank you

After waiting for phamacist, and talking with her, another customer abrutly interrupts, attacking me, instead of telling him to wait she tells me, it's ok. No its not ok a customer having a go at me for no reason. This should have been handled better by your staff, instead of me walking out. This is how arguements/fights start. Staff need training into handling situations better.

Couldn’t get the item I wanted at my local Priceline so I placed an online order which was allocated to the Fountain Gate store. I ordered at 3pm Monday, it was in the post by 6pm and arrived at my mailbox 6.45am Wednesday morning. A gift for my daughter’s birthday on Thursday, I hadn’t expected in the least that it would arrive in time in country VIC and can’t say enough how thrilled I was that it did. The look on my daughter’s face was amazing to see and I can’t thank your store enough for your efficiency. I will definitely be shopping here again!

I just had the best customer service experience with a wonderful lady called Leanne. I thought the big sale was still on today. She explained it finished yesterday. I asked if she could price match chemist warehouse if i showed her the prices because they had a sale on. She was so nice about it. She price matched everything and i bought several things. She also assisted me picking out a blush. She is an absoloute credit to Priceline and the store. I would shop there again because she was nice. I hope managment congragulates Leanne on being such an asset to Priceline

DANGER - DO NOT SHOP AT THIS CHEMISTI'm a type 1 diabetic which means I need to frequently inject insulin. Surprisingly they had my insulin in stock, so I went though the process of obtaining it. All went well until I went to the counter to pay for it. I interrupted a cashier that clearly did not want to be interrupted, although I was the only one in the queue she did her best to ignore and do her job. She got the last laugh as she wold not sell it to me and apparently she managed to break 3 computers. I offered both card and cash, but no I was not getting that medication under any circumstance. She asked me to stand aside as there was now a queue forming, she could serve everyone except me and suggested I come back the next day. This means now I can't purchase insulin for a month, luckily I have enough to get me by otherwise I would end up in casualty in hospital. If you value your health DO NOT shop here as it's a lottery if you will walk out with your medication.
