With a plot in our hand and vision in our eyes, we made plans of our Dream Home to our specifications on paper and set out in search of a suitable builder. After a few months of bumps and roller coaster rides with various builders we met Nathan. And we instantly clicked!!Nathan understood our vision. He was willing and, more importantly, was capable of converting it into reality. We initially started with an unrealistic budget but Nathan never said it was impossible. He made great design suggestions and recommendations that meant we could have everything we wanted most in our home with no compromise on quality. We were interstate for almost all of the build and we learned we could trust him completely. He kept us up to date with photos, consulted us when necessary, listened and responded if we ever had a concern. The trades-people he engaged were local, as much as possible, and we found them capable and respectful professionals in their trades. We were also extremely grateful that Nathan completed our home in only six months. It saved us a lot in storage and accommodation. Whilst you have a several awards Nathan for your building and design, you also deserve an award for your practical and honest communication with clients and making dreams come true.
