I would strongly discourage sending kids here. When we raised a complained about the teacher (called 'Mr B') yelling at my 8 year old daughter the owner (Stella) tried to play it down but nonetheless she moved her to a different group. The following week the owner (Stella) was abusing my daughter by screaming at her which I believe was a revenge for my daughter moved to a private tutoring as the owner blamed her for 'losing a lot of money' because of this. How can you give this kind of statement to 8 y.o. kid?? What was the worst though was the fact that my daughter was requesting multiple times to contact a parent but the owner declined despite my daughter crying. For 3 hours of tutoring she was subject to verbal and psychological abuse so I decided to report this matter to police.Don't ever consider this college as the owner is insane and does not care about wellbeing of kids.

Best thing we did for our kids was send them to Pre Uni Chatswood...Stella and staff were fantastic. Our kids now at North Sydney Girls and University of NSW. Have a great 2019.

The teachers who had taught me (Miss. A., Mrs. Bradstreet, Miss. Johnson, Mr. B, and Mr. Salmon) and the owner (Stella and Mr. Sung) were totally friendly towards me at the time I took lessons there in primary school. These that have taught me were totally supportive towards me.Every staff and students who knew me were totally friendly towards me. Pre-Uni New College Chatswood has helped me greatly with my skills. The staff there were really friendly and supportive towards me.However, it is a serious concern that I have seen some reviews saying that the owners or the teachers there were abusive and made the children cry. But I think that this definitely is not true at all. The teachers, and owners are only strict just to ensure we learn better and more things.I also think all those comments containing the owner abused my son/daughter"

I don’t recommend Pre Uni. We enrolled for 2 weeks school Holiday program + 1 term, nobody explained us that we can practice online and once we wanted to register for a term test, we couldn’t register because they registered a wrong date of birth even though I told them my kids are twins. So one of my son couldn’t attend the exam. I went to complain, the lady of reception was rude and impatient.

hello, I would want to complaint a teacher fm Chatswood Branch. It is because my kid is studying holiday intensive WEMT course and Intensive Y 4 OC class in CHATSwood. But she said that a teacher called Jennifer on the 1st day OCTT class ( Monday) 10July, she is very rude, impatience and not respect the students. My kid said she shouted at the student very loud that( shut up) , and also some students told her that she speaks very fast, but she ignore them and shouted that , this is not fast ok . some students said it is nightmare to have this teacher for the whole week, and she shouted shut up again . That is very disappointed to have this teacher in Pre uni class !Called for whole morning, no one answer the calls! Didn’t give us the zoom link ! Worst branch , 0 points for this branch!

Horrible experience with Pri- uni Chatswood branch. My son was abused by owner Mr Sung. DO NOT recommend parents sending your child to this centre for tutoring.

I am disgusted with the behaviour of teachers and owner( Stella)! Teachers always scream and yell at students. This is not the way how you should teach. No material being sent home, don’t even know the progress of the child. Owner (Stella) even abused by my child by pulling his collar and made him choked. She didn’t even ask what’s happened and penalised my child! Please DO NOT send your child there! This is very serious!

The best tutoring experience ever. great tutors,espescially Ryan great teacher would recommend to anyone looking to supplement or improve their education :) :) open early and until late to provide students with a place to study at any time to suit them

Disappointed with the teacher Jennifer on Y4 OCTT class, she is rude , impatience and shouted at students to shut up very loud, not respecting students. Bully the students, not explain the works of the tests questions .
