THEY ARE FRICKIN BUTCHERS! I went there today, the first and the last time ever! The ANGRY, FRUSTRATED lady that was doing my nails was so aggressive on my nails, hurting me a few times. She literally drilled through my nail while taking acrylic gel off. She cut my nail and broke it off. Very painful experience!!!! I jumped of the chair and left the salon without saying a word because I was so close to punch her in the face! Ladies please don’t go there. I’m still shaking an hour after their “service”! I went yesterday and they did poorly on my nails. There were several blotches and the shellac is already peeling. Some shellac stains on my nails. It was a very messy job. I paid 90aud for this? I am never coming back.

The woman doing my nails didn’t even look at the photo I showed her and she got very defensive when I tried to correct her. For $60 you would expect good quality. And then she kept getting snappy when I asked her to fix up my nails. I’m never coming here again don’t care if you guys are a little bit cheaper than other nail salons.

these ladies that work here are probably some of the rudest staff i have ever met.. their inability to have simple customer service skills is apalling if i could give them a 0/5 star rating i would. they are scammers who try and rob you out of money with their prices never staying the same and claiming that you dont pay so that they can charge you double. just disgusting to say the least and if you are looking for a decent nail salon go to turquoise nails outside and do NOT give these incompetant people money to continue thier buisness. their unprofessionalism screams as soon as you step foot in there and they will harrass you with lies and manipulation until you pay. the quality of their service is probably even worse than their manners. the cleaniliness, the tools that they use it looks like nothing has been cleaned since they have opened however, if you are looking to get a nail infection this is the place to go.

Absolutely horrid, was cut 3 times. Very rough. Tip, style and Sns dipping about 40 min job took 2 hours. As soon as other women came I was dumped by original lady and she went to look after them. Pointed out white blotches on completed nails was told its alright it's alright. It's not alright. Cuticles absolutely burning. Absolute burchers. Please avoid. All they do is talk between themselves. And just care about your money. I wish I didn't get nails done at all. Simply the worst out of the very worst

I look at the price list and it says $40 for French tips nail so I went and ask them is it $40 they said yes I was like sweet I get them and now once it was finish they ask for $50… I was like I look at the price list and it say it’s $40 they said it old we haven’t got the chance to change them.. i think it’s kinda stupid for leaving “old” price list out for customer..

I received manicureI asked for the french manicureShe said it peels easily so I should have whole painting but I pursued french style.She didn’t do good job so i asked fill this and that part on my nail. Because it looked messy.She said to me several times like this “ you know, I should charge $5 more but I didn’t “It doesn’t matter i can pay $5 but you should do better job.Why you keep saying $5 ? Do i have to thanks for that?The nail painting peeled off right after i left the shop.It wasnt dry enough but they said its all done.My nails more messy than before.Absolutely wasting my money and TIME.I am not happy at all.

Don't recommend this place. They were in a rush and didn't give me enough time to even choose my colour. They kept taking the sample colours from me to show other customers while I was still looking at them. I had long nails but they said my nails were too short for ombre. When they were almost done I noticed black dots on couple of my nails. When I pointed out, they kept talking to each other and said: Don't worry
