Windsor subway never disappoints, very good food in general and make very good foot longs, been going here for years now and still make good quality food, good customer service and location.

Third time I’ve gone in ‘trading hours’ (8am-8pm) in between 7:40-7:50pm the same lady with glasses, darker hair. Huffs and puffs with attitude turning customers aswell as me away. Extremely disappointed in not only the customer service but also work ethic. I really hope the young girl working with her does not learn from her. Disgrace to customer service.If it was just a one off I wouldn’t complain but seeing it happen on multiple times to multiple people is just sad. I’m sorry

I ordered via DoorDash a Footlong Pizza Melt & a 600ml Coke no-Sugar, Reveived a Footlong Pizza Melt & a 300ml Coke No-Sugar.Sub was cold, not entirely sure it was Subways fault on being cold, but could blame them for wrong sized drink though.Tried calling Restaurant, but no-one would answer the Bloody Phone!!!!!!Not Happy JAN!!!!!!!

Subway used to be SO GOOD. What the flaming f@$k happened. Every single subway no matter the location, is seriously lacking. Disappointing.

Staff were friendly and filled up the footlong veggie delite sub generously. Prices are cheap, $9, similar to Ultimo subway, whereas Parramatta Westfield is $12.50. Store was clean, ingredients were fresh and it was an overall pleasant experience and great tasting sub.

Come in for lunch today with my mum. 1 person in front of us only ordered 1 sub and we waited 10 mins and still haven't been served. Another staff member walked in waited another 5 mins and not even a sorry wont be long" or eye contact or anything. Very dry faces and rude. We understand staff was possibly having a bad day but a simple sorry won't be long wont hurt. The place looked like it was hit by a bomb also very messy"

Food was good but overcharged for a box meal by 50cents over the advertised price.when questioned the reply was, yeah I don't know why! With no offer of a refund.I know it's only 50c but multiplied by 400 customer = $2000 I also hate being in blatantly ripped off by any amount
