Best&Less Tweed Heads

The wife takes me along to shop for her bits and pieces. Sometimes I will see something and purchase. Good store that caters for every one. Iots of room and bargains.

For the larger woman B&L always has quality clothes in a variety of styles.

Best and Less have best baby and child clothes. I am at the moment buying winter clothes for my new Grandson for next winter in London.

Yesterday the 31st of January at 4 pm, I was disappointed with the cashier who served me. With a very cold and unfriendly attitude, she grabbed the clothing I chose for my 6 year old daughter, and dhe roughly pulled the clothing off its hangers, 3 pieces at a time, risking to rip the fabric. Very disgusting service, I thought the products I chose were going to rip apart before I even payed for them. Not even a friendly smile. Just rudeness.

I was served by Luke today and never in my life have I experienced such badly outspoken service. I work in retail myself and have done for many years and would never push such opinions on shoppers. I bought a QLD onesie for my baby and was told I’m in the wrong state and asked do I know where I am right now and I had no right to decide for her. He lectured me about everything I had bought and in the end I had to tell him I didn’t have the time as I had a week old baby waiting out the front of the shop for me. I felt as if I was defending myself for what I chose to buy from a company he represents. I feel incredibly angry looking back on it now and I wish I had of made a bigger deal out of what he was saying to me I was just shocked and in such a rush. This worker needs to have a good speaking to as if this happens again I will be making a formal complaint, it is so unacceptable. Luke could be the reason a lot of people would never shop at this store again.

Love Best and Less but the store was untidy with a squishy layout. Hard to push a trolley around in there.. The young guy that served us wasn't overly friendly - seemed we were an inconvenience and as it's in a centre with Kmart... I know where I'll be shopping next time.

It's definitely a great shopping experience for families and the individual person, that really needs a bargain. So cheap in prices to cloth all the family.

Great has lots of New interns will go back when I check on sizes and colors

i work here as the main cashier, i have many happy customers and personally aim for them to leave with a smile

Best & Less have a great selection of clothes and I love seeing more cotton products on offer as opposed to polyester.
