Ladies were nice enough but my French tips have chipped and broken off.. I've never experienced this issue before and have been getting acrylics on and off for over 13 years.

They fit me in as soon as they could, they had great advice, they are gentle (which is relaxing unlike some places), and my nails look pretty good. Ebony did my nails and she was so friendly and had a great chat! They also have a loyalty card which is a great idea

if there was possible to give 0 stars to this place, i would. The ladies very rude, we had to wait an hour even though we booked an appointment. There are only a few colours available and when she was doing my nails, she left a lot of patches unpainted and shapes my nails weirdly, my hands were hurting by the end of the session from how rough she was and my cuticles are completely damaged. When we spoke to the lady about this, she was just plain rude and dismissed it as nothing.

Very poor and rude customer service, long waiting period even after booking an appointment. Not many colours available. They did Weird and un-uniform shape for artificial nails.

My daughters and I have been going to these amazing ladies for over a year and they provide the best service. They are so friendly they honestly feel like family to us. I wouldn’t dream of having my nails done by anyone else!
