staff were very polite and helpful. not pushy. fantastic range of furniture for all rooms of the house. we're offered free delivery on our item and also the choice of additional options. only disappointment was that besides the floor display they didn't have our item in stock and we have to wait atleast 4 months for it to arrive in store.

WARNING???Yes check warranty on all products you buy in this store. There company products import or produce themselves. Seem to be unreliable and only a piece of paper.Lot of loop holes buy Australian made and only come and look at the what they have for idea. Another store on Bundaberg with high expectations

Grant was the awesome guy who looked after me today. He has amazing customer service skills and a great sense of humour too. I was calling around in a panic because the bed i ordered from another store couldn't be tracked and there was no time frame on when I would receive it. I called this store and in under 5 minutes had a bed better than the one i ordered at the other store! I then had the payment paperwork emailed to me 1 minute after i got off the phone to them to complete the order. The prices weren't bad and i can now stop stressing thanks to these guys. My family only buy from here and i can see why. I cannot thank you guys enough for how well you treated me and how well you handled my stressed out phone call. I highly recommend this store to everyone!

Didn't get asked repeatedly by staff if we needed assistance (just browsing). When we had made our decision just pointed in the direction of the service desk. Completed the formalities and established delivery date then out of there, no hassles.

Very very poor customer service, not one person came up to me but went up to everyone else that came in after me. I would not bother, i will take my business elsewhere.
