Worst customer service to start with, you all need to smile atleast. The food was disgusting, chip inedible and my big mac looked like someone took a bite of the top of the bun. Didn't eat any of it.

Had to wipe our own table. 95% of tables were dirty and 5 staff members were standing around arms folded for the 10 minutes we waited for our cold food. Asked for fresh cooked. All food cold. One staff member didn't hear the other say fresh cooked, so cold food was served. Very poor.

I would recommend that you avoid this McDonald’s. The first warning for us were all the tables, the floor and the toilets were disgustingly dirty. The bins were overflowing and the overall cleanliness was lacking. Our order was incorrect which wasn’t a big inconvenience but we watched a few workers playfully hit each other (behind the counter) with teatowels for an extended period of time which seemed very unprofessional. As we quickly left this venue, I wondered how they were still operational. The only positive was the McDonald’s food was hot and tasty.

Sent to waiting bay. Was bought out my food, they forgot the drinks. Food went cold then waiting for the drinks. Get home to find a long hair that snapped off in my burger. Only offered a replacement if I bought back the whole order, by this time my kids had already started eating the food. Disgusting

I never really write bad reviews.. however I have been drinking coffee for 11 years.. the coffee I got from here was absolutely horrid. I couldn’t even drink it. I had one sip and that was enough torture

Our meals were fine on this occasion but I witnessed a very concerning issue. I ordered a meal for my wife, son, myself and son's friend but while waiting I saw 2 ladies waiting for their soft serves and 2 coffees. Their soft serves were delivered and then a minute later their coffees arrived. One of the ladies took a sip of the coffee and you could tell it was not right but she did nothing, about 1 minute later the coffee making girl came back out and took both their coffees and went and made another coffee for each of them. The original coffees stayed on the counter and then when she went back out to the ladies and guessing she asked if she drank from it and she said no. Then she left them on the counter and then the manager guy grabbed them and took them to the drive through section. I tried to call him and 1 minute latter I told him and he just said the coffee maker said they were fine and he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. This is a terrible response plus the coffees sat on a bench tops for over 3 minutes and should of been treated as contaminated as you don't really know if they were drank from and if the ladies hands were dirty and then you give it to a person in drive through. This needs to be reported to the health authorities.Then I took both my kids there yesterday for lunch and food was terrible.- firstly they ran out of paper to give me a receipt - which is not good.- then my food was made and bagged on the counter with no sticker and sat there for minutes with no drinks and no call outs- then multiple times my bag was opened to see what was inside and and at the last time 3 people peered into the bag to see what it was and whose it was. Again it was the same male manager and a real sour looking manager girl. Then they brought the drinks out and called my number.- the food was only warm and wrong drink size and went up to advise of the drink and no apologies just took my drink to the drive through area to give to someone else and gave me another drink.The training and systems here are terrible and now lost me as customer.I really worry about the health conditions here.

After waiting for some time at the order post...being the only car there...i finally hot to give my order. It was not read back to me or shown on the screen or a price given.When i got to pay had to wait while the two girls conversed and ate french fries. Then had to asked them to repeat my order....surprise it was wrong....honestly there was only 2 cars in front.....i am a patient person but this was too much.

This is my local and I’m disappointed EVERY time I order. Coffees and fries half full (I’d pay for the size down if I wanted it).Last night 2 of our 3 burgers had no pickles. Staff were mucking around loudly the entire time we were in there (myself and my kids were the only ones in there).I’ve been left in the waiting bay twice for excessive times and had to drive back around.There’s a person who has a few times passed me my coffee holding it around the lid with the grubbiest fingers and I just refuse to go back now!Go to Zarraffas for great coffee and service or Hungry Jacks for food.
