I would like it to be known of a wonderful staff member named Jhett, who was so helpful and well mannered and offered excellent customer service to me on several occasions over the Christmas and New year period. I would love to see a promotion offered to him as it seems that excellent customer service is fast becoming obsolete these days. Well done Jhett keep it up:)

Went to do the groceries on Wednesday 04 Jan at 18:00. THE Service at the checkout was really bad the girl didn't help to bag the groceries. And she only did one bag and she just filled one bag without any care and left delicate and cold food just stacked all together . After that she just left all groceries on the checkout and started serving the next customer. Like Aldi service.... I won't go back tk this supermarket to buy.

Coles supermarket is your one stop shop for groceries and other needs. Prices are great and lines are short. There is a huge amount of car parks so finding one is only really an issue around holiday times.Around Coles are also a number is smaller, more specialised stores such as a news agency and a liquor store, which are close if Coles dosent stock an item.Inside the store is well maintained and staff are friendly. Produce is high quality and fresh. I highly recommend this supermarket in Nambour as it is the most convenient and cheap.

Not Happy Jan, couldn’t get a car park today as the underground one was closed due to flooding. okay not problems I get that, so I parked around near the train station.Headed off to my car with a loaded trolley that ceased up on me in the middle of the road due to the poor conditions of front wheels!I left the thing on the footpath out of harms way I had to literally lift it up off the road! Surely someone can check maintenance on these things!I had to lug 6 heavy bags to my car which has left me with a sore neck /shoulder .Absolutely no stock today in regards to fresh fruit and veggies, no frozen foods no bread I realise that’s not anyones issue again due to flood but just thought I would give other reviewers a heads up for today March 2
