My Volvo broke down and Andersens were straight on it- great service and they had the part in stock so no waiting for next day freight to arrive.

When we found ourselves in a difficult situation, Shaun went the extra mile to assist us in getting our truck driver back on track. The entire team provided exceptional service and we highly recommend them for any mechanical requirements.

Great service provided and never had to wait more then 15 minutes before they pulled me onto the pit,I got a Bdouble in and out of there with no hassle and I was on my way within an hour and half. Recommended A+Andersen’s are pulling some strings as I write an update to my review and they do their best to accommodate my demand for need of service and mostly unable to give much if any notice before pulling up in their yard screaming for repairs to take place so I can get straight back on the road so I am not put in a position where I lose my load due to an inability to show up within the time slot that was arranged for the job, small delays are something we can deal with and arrange a solution that works for everyone but there really is not much room for a delay of more then a couple of hours and anything after that is almost guaranteed to be a loss and the load being cancelled, that being said, Andersen’s have been great and extremely flexible to getting the truck in the workshop and making necessary repairs to get me back on the road moving towards the next destination.Highly recommend this company for your mechanical servicing and repairsCheersNathan at Baxter Tpt
