Massage by Montana

I've been experiencing chronic back pain from physically demanding sports that I'm involved with including surfing and Muay Thai boxing. This pain had limited my enjoyment of doing things I loved until I started my remedial massage sessions with Montana. Even after the initial treatment I felt I was on the road to recovery as the pain had decreased significantly to the point that it was no longer a distraction when I surfed the next day after treatment! Montana's massage technique, skills & knowledge of the body definitely stem from her own background in professional sports. Her friendly personality also is a bonus to take your mind of the pain as she works on the body. I highly recommend all treatments from the 30 minute remedial to the 90 minute treatment, both of which I have received.

Great massage. Strong pressure and really friendly staff. I've been back monthly. Highly recommend. She also includes cupping and needling for the really tight spots.
