Went in to get a tire fixed, Jamie in the office was rude Definitely no help, may be ok for trucks but definitely no good for car tyre service, wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Rang them with a nail in my tyre. Mick said to bring it in so they could check it. On inspection as the nail was in the sidewall I was told it couldn't safely be repaired. They replaced the tyre with my spare and checked for a replacement tyre. No stocks available. Mick provided me with advice and possible suppliers. When I went to pay for the work he said no charge! Great service and good advice.

Got a 4 wheel alignment done on my car and when i pointed out that they only adjusted one wheel out of 4 the 2 people in the office and the mechanic started to yell at me and refused to do anything about it.They gave me a print out that was from a different car and customer and all the specs were wrong..No money back or get the job done right.. they just run away and refused to talk to me. Horrible customer service and they just charge for jobs that aren't done.I had to take my car to a different tyre shop to get it done right and they confirmed that the wheel alignment wasn't done.See photos attached of documentation provided from the second workshop as proof.A business like this shouldn't be allowed to operate

I found these guys to be excellent, I got to Micki Thompson tyres to replace the one in the picture and the RH one. It took no time to change them over while I waited. There was an overcharge but they fixed it promptly, best place to get tyres in Mackay.
