Our Landcruiser had issues with water ingress from the roof rack while travelling through Adelaide. The install workmanship had been very poor at an interstate Toyota dealership and had ultimately caused the issue. The team at ARB Morphett Vale understood that this was impacting our holiday and squeezed us in on short notice to rectify the issue. They were kind enough to do the job free of charge for us. Thanks so much!!!

Great service. We had a problem with a cord to our 12v freezer. I took it to the morphetvale shop looking to replace it. The lovely guy took the cord and tested it, it tested OK in their plugs. He spent his time and energy to show me another way to work it. It's working. We don't need a new cord. I'm so impressed with this service. All about helping with the most effective path forward.

Just thought to show my appreciation in the way of a 5 star review for Darren and his Manager at ARB Morphett Vale.I purchased some chairs from my local store in NSW the chairs in my opinion didn’t stack up to be what I expected. Along with some operational difficulties.Got in touch with my store I purchased it from to notify them of the issue.Then thought to contact a local store as I have 20 days left on my holiday, and the chairs just weren’t up to the task.Without hesitation Darren agreed to help me and I was back on my way with in 30min of my phone call.Now I can finish my holiday & I can relax in my down time while eating dinner and enjoying a cold one after a long days travel and exploring.I have bought quite a bit of ARB products and I have been thrilled with them all but the chairs. Now I’m happy again and I will continue to purchase ARB as they stand by their product.

Great 4x4 shop with all the ARB products. Had a new Bull Bar and Warn Winch fitted. Great workmanship and looks great. Can’t wait to go out and use them.

Plastic hygiene covers left on steering wheel, shifter and seat. Also sheet of paper to protect the floor left behind. Felt like the job wasn’t finished. Sure enough, issues arose. With a little attention to detail and a once over before handing back the keys could avoid customer dissatisfaction. Love the products but this is one ARB location I will not return too. A shame as I live 5 minutes away. Convenience not worth the disappointment.

Have been very difficult to deal with (1 staff member in particular) very pleasant, but useless at follow up. 8 weeks out from a big trip, wanted to order a long range tank... after 1.5 weeks of chasing for a simple ETA I got told sorry will not be ready in time"... rang the supplier direct (long ranger) and had it on my door step in 2 weeks. It is not the in stock that annoyed me (I get that they have a head office warehouse etc) but the extremely poor communication and follow up. I am very glad I had other ARB dealers fit the $10k worth of ARB gear to our cruiser fitout over the past 8 months."
