My parents have come to visit and have had such poor service from Hearing Australia Sorrel that both their hearing aids are not working despite trying to get them repaired. Mum reports that the Service was dismissive and rude. Difficult for those who cannot hear properly. Very disappointing

Very poor service. Appointment cancelled and rescheduled for 2 weeks later following wait for weeks prior for appointment

After being born deaf and consequently assessed, I have dealt with Australian hearing all my life. I would trust no one else with managing my disability and am extremely pleased that for the last few years I have been able to access these services from Sorell. Keep up the good work, guys.
